Francis Quigley is a Research Analyst at the Pell Center for International Relations and Public Policy. Prior to joining the Pell Center Quigley managed and completed multiple research projects on Newport, Rhode Island in social history, urban development, community sustainability, and the environment. His diverse research background has contributed to multiple Pell Center initiatives. Quigley currently manages an oral history project exploring the legacy of Claiborne Pell. He is a regular contributor to the Pell Center Blog.
