Upcoming Roundtable | Robin Williams tragedy and suicide

A discussion about suicide in the wake of the Robin Williams tragedy

Dr. John Tawa will lead a discussion about suicide geared primarily for a college aged population and supporting members of the campus community.  A brief presentation will be provided about risk factors associated with suicide, psychological correlates of suicidality, and early intervention and safety planning strategies.   Dr. Tawa will then answer questions and provide room for processing about the recent Robin Williams tragedy and related experiences.

Roundtable discussions are open to students, faculty and staff at Salve Regina University. The Pell Center will provide a free lunch. Space is limited. Please RSVP to [email protected].
